Integrations

API Integrations

Integrations fail quietly: a missed webhook, an expired token, a changed field. We design integrations to be observable and recoverable, so data arrives once, in the right shape, and failures are visible before customers notice.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Reliable connections between your applications, SaaS platforms and partners, with retries, monitoring and clear ownership of data.

  • Teams re-key the same data into several systems, causing delays and errors.
  • Existing integrations break silently and are only discovered when reports look wrong.
  • A partner or customer needs API access to your platform, but there is no secure, documented API.
  • Point-to-point scripts have grown into a fragile web nobody wants to touch.

Capabilities

What our integrations work covers

  • Third-party API integration

Payment, CRM, ERP, accounting, messaging and logistics platforms connected with proper authentication and rate-limit handling.

  • Public & partner APIs

Designing and documenting APIs others can build on, with keys, scopes, versioning and usage limits.

  • Webhooks & event processing

Signature verification, idempotency keys, retries and dead-letter handling for event-driven flows.

  • Data synchronisation

Scheduled and real-time sync with conflict rules, mapping and reconciliation reports.

  • Integration monitoring

Structured logs, alerts and dashboards showing what moved, what failed and why.

  • Legacy connectivity

Bridging older systems through files, databases or SOAP services when modern APIs are not available.

Typical stack

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenAPI
  • Message queues
  • ASP.NET Core
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL

Delivery process

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Map the flows

Document systems, data ownership, volumes, triggers and failure scenarios.

  2. 02

    Design contracts

Agree payloads, mapping rules, error handling and security for each flow.

  3. 03

    Build & simulate

Implement against sandboxes with automated tests covering edge cases and failures.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Gradual cut-over with reconciliation to prove data accuracy.

  5. 05

    Operate

Monitoring, alerting and runbooks so issues are caught and resolved quickly.

Use cases

Where this service fits

  • Order-to-cash automation

Connect e-commerce, payments, invoicing and accounting so orders flow without manual entry.

  • CRM & marketing sync

Keep customer data consistent between your product, CRM and communication tools.

  • Partner data exchange

Provide partners with secure, documented access instead of spreadsheets and email.

FAQ

Integrations questions

What if the system we need to connect has no API?

There are usually options: scheduled file exchange, direct database access with appropriate safeguards, or wrapping legacy interfaces such as SOAP. We assess what is reliable and supportable before recommending an approach.

How do you make integrations reliable?

Idempotent processing, retries with back-off, dead-letter handling for failures, reconciliation reports and alerts. Every integration should make it obvious what was processed and what needs attention.
