Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by QadriSoft, a software development business working remotely from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. QadriSoft is not yet a registered company. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the website

You may browse the website and share its pages for personal or business information purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • use the contact form to send spam, malicious content or unlawful material;
  • scrape or copy the website in bulk, except as search engines normally do to index it; or
  • use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes other people's rights.

Information, not an offer

Content on this website, including articles, service descriptions and case-study formats, is general information about our work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Estimates and proposals are not binding until both parties sign that agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code, the QadriSoft name and the Q logo belong to QadriSoft. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. Any other reuse requires our written permission.

Our products

QadriSoft develops its own software products, such as QInvoice. Products marked as in development may change before release. Use of each product is governed by that product's own terms of service, which apply instead of these terms for the product itself.

Links to other websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, QadriSoft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the website as a consumer, you also keep any protections that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, for example in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates or Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the website means you accept it.
